Facilities

The Front Hall

(9.38m x 6.69m)

The Front Hall has a beautiful mosaic paved floor, leading to the richly carved oak mantelpiece and canopy fireplace with open fire for winter occasions. The panelled ceiling is supported by decorated pillars and arches. This is an ideal area for welcoming guests and holding drinks receptions.

The Dining Hall

(13.9m x 8.61m)

This magnificent room with its open fireplace and stone-canopied mantel, oak flooring and beamed ceiling, provides the perfect setting for dining and if required a dance area. The room can be divided by partitioning doors and there are double doors leading out onto the Terrace.

The Terrace & Gardens

The gravelled south-facing Terrace extends the full length of the rear of the house and provides a superb setting for photographs with either the house or the grounds as a backdrop. The Terrace is an attractive option for a summer drinks party and is large enough to accommodate a marquee as an extension to the dining area.

The Old Library (6.20m x 9.15m)

The Old Library has beautiful views over the south facing Terrace and gardens. This room is ideal for civil marriage ceremonies, or small private functions and could also be used as an alternative drinks reception area or for after dinner coffee.
